· All services except Cash Coverages can be availed immediately after activation of the plan

· 15 days waiting period after registration will be applied for availing Cash Coverages

· Minimum 24 hours of hospitalization is needed for Hospital Cash Coverage eligibility

· Maximum 5 nights of hospitalization at a stretch is covered under Hospital Cash Coverage

· A BMDC registered doctor must prescribe for the hospitalization

· Government authorized Covid-19 positive report accompanying with doctor’s prescription is needed for Covid-19 Home Isolation Coverage eligibility

· Permanent Total Disability refers to a condition in which an individual is no longer able to work due to injuries

· Permanent Partial Disability refers to a condition in which an individual is still able to work but not with the skill and efficiency demonstrated prior to the injury. The scheduled benefits covered under Permanent Partial Disability Coverage are as follows:

· In cases of Daily, Weekly and Monthly plans, Cash Coverage eligibility for a particular calendar month will be determined based on payments made in the previous calendar month

· For Daily plan subscribers, at least ten days’ payments are needed in a calendar month for minimum Cash Coverage eligibility in the following calendar month, where Cash Coverage can be claimed on pro rata basis of total payments made in the previous calendar month

· For Weekly plan subscribers, at least two week’s payment is needed in a calendar month for minimum Cash Coverage eligibility in the following calendar month, where Cash Coverage can be claimed on pro rata basis of total payments made in the previous calendar month

· For Monthly plan subscribers, successful payment made in a calendar month will ensure complete Cash Coverage eligibility in the following calendar month

· All Cash Coverage claims must be made within 90 days of the incident
