All services except Cash Coverages can be availed immediately after activation. A 15-day waiting period after registration will be applied for availing Cash Coverages.
For Daily plan subscribers, at least 30 days' payments are needed in a calendar month for minimum Cash Coverage eligibility. For Monthly subscribers, at least two months' payment is required.
A minimum of 3 nights of hospitalisation at a stretch is covered under Hospital Cash Coverage. A BMDC-registered doctor must prescribe for the hospitalisation.
Doctor consultation service will be activated 72 hours after package purchase. Users will be notified via SMS upon activation.
All pre-existing diseases related to all types of coverage of the policy are excluded.
Any injury or harm caused by intentional self-infliction is not covered under any plan.
Cosmetic, aesthetic, or elective plastic surgery procedures are not covered.
Treatment by acupuncture, naturopathy, or other alternative medicine systems is excluded.
Maternity-related conditions are excluded unless specifically included in the plan.
Injuries or illnesses arising from drug or alcohol abuse are not eligible for coverage.
